Questions you might still be asking

Are there any hidden or additional fees?

No. Everything with Emma is 100% transparent. There are no hidden costs, based on your subscription this will have everything covered.

What does direct integration with Stripe mean?

We can directly link your Stripe account to your Emma account, which means your supporters pay you directly and your name will appear on your bank statement. You only incur the small fee from Stripe.

How does the annual subscription work?

When you select the annual subscription plan, you’ll have access to the platform for 12 months, and during this time you can run as many events as you like on the platform. Once your period expires, you’ll have the option to renew or adjust your plan to suit your future needs.

Do I have to take auction items from you?

No. You are free to source your own auction items, and there's no minimum number required. All items are listed at cost price, so if you do decide to add our items it won’t affect your annual subscription fee but, we have an incredible range of items to help you raise more should you need.

Do I need staff and fundraising devices

Depending on the size and shape of your event, you may wish to consider including a tech manager or event manager from Emma. We can also supply Ipads to support your event. We recommend no more than 2 per table as statistically people use their phones much more than the iPads.

Where do I go if I need help?

We have an online help centre alongside full time customer services staff, Telephone and Email support available.
