What’s new in Emma 2.0?
Emma 2.0 brings an updated look, enhanced functionality, anda smoother experience, all with the goal of making event management and fundraising easier and more efficient for our charity partners.

Our microsites have undergone a makeover. Expect a fresh,clean, and user-friendly design that makes it easier than ever for your supporters to engage with your events. The sleek, modern feel is not only visually appealing but is also designed to improve the user experience across the board.
2. Intuitive backend and simplified processes
We’ve redesigned the backend with simplicity in mind. With fewer clicks required to make updates, navigating the system will feel like second nature. Managing your events and campaigns will be faster and more efficient, giving you more time to focus on what matters most, fundraising.
3. Emma Intelligence (EI)
We’re introducing Emma Intelligence (EI), which takes Emma’s smarts to the next level. With EI, you’ll be able to automatically generate auction item titles and descriptions, saving you time and effort. Not only that, but EI will also categorise your items for you, making your auction management even easier.
4. Wizards and flows to help you along the way
We know that starting from a blank page can be daunting, sowe’ve introduced new wizards and flows to guide you through every step of setting up an event. These new features act like a helpful guide,making sure you don’t miss any key fields or options. Whether you’re setting up a new event, adding auction items, or sending messages to guests, our wizards and flows will prompt you with exactly what you need, when you need it.
For example, when you add a new auction item, the wizard will ask you whether it's a live auction, silent auction, or sealed bid item.From there, it will guide you through the necessary fields for that specific type, ensuring that your item is set up correctly. And if you have a large list of items to upload, don’t worry, our bulk upload option is still available to help you get everything in quickly.
5. Improved onboarding and ongoing support
Emma 2.0 is all about empowering you to take control.Alongside our redesigned platform, we’ve made onboarding even more intuitive,so you can hit the ground running. New users will still benefit from a one-on-one onboarding call to help you set the foundation for your event. Butnow, thanks to the wizards and flows, you can get started on your event setup independently, even before your call!
