This week we were thrilled to announce the rollout of our integration with Salesforce (CRM) and we are officially the first provider in the UK special event fundraising technology market to release this offering to you.
For EMMA clients who use Salesforce as their CRM, this will save a huge amount of time transferring data from EMMA to Salesforce as well as ensuring the accuracy of it too.
This data can be selected for each event and synced manually or automatically depending on your preferences. Winning bids, tickets purchased, contact information, and communication preferences are all types of data that you may wish to transfer across during or post an event.
